This is the 30-odd-year-old apartment that I usually refer to as the Horror House in Ang Mo Kio!!!
This small apartment was rented out to tenants who practically destroyed it! I have to admit, I have NEVER seen another apartment in a worse state than THIS!!!
This was the entrance cum living area. The only redeeming part of this picture was the marble flooring......

I must say, I ABSOLUTELY RESPECT my clients Jason and Adeline for having the courage to even CONSIDER buying an apartment such as THIS!!!!

Wahahahaha, this is really a HORROR house!! But like you say, the marble flooring is superb! If you can do wonders to the blacken area, i want to call you "MASTER!!"
